Help, Trojan.egguard always coming back!

Hi I received the same problem, the same Trojan comes back each time, however I think it is just remaining settings attached to one of Windows' (many) browsers after the actual removal of the virus. I Attached a Malwarebytes report - review it if you please. Let me know if there is a way I can fix this bloody menace
