Troubleshoot Help with armed PC Gamer at low cost.

Hello, I wanted to recommend the components of a PC gamer at low cost. I have a i5 4gen processor. The cabinet I want is the Thermaltake Versa N21 and I have to refrigerate the processor a cooler Cpu Arctic Freezer13. I'd be missing the motherboard, the RAM and the video card. Thanks a lot. Low cost doesn't help because we are not in your brain. Get cheapest 8gb ddr3 ram at 1600 you can find, a h81 or h87 motherboard with the features you need(pcie,ram slots,usb3/etc) and use what money you have left on the gpu(maybe a 1050ti if it fits in the box but it depends on what games you want to play and the resolution).
Don't expect magic with 0 info given. If i was you and i was in a location with a decent craigslist i would look for used parts for motherboard and ram.
