Its a false positive, some are generic signatures/heuristics + the original file is valid from original publisher.

HerdProtect has lots of false positives because all the engines that it polls have false positives.

There is a false positive submission form on the HerdProtect web page... at least there used to be.

Also, since the most recent version of HerdProtect, the signatures it gets from the various engines have been reported to be outdated by a few weeks.

If you downloaded from SecureAPlus website, yes, it is false positive.

Some AV engines that HerdProtect polls use aggressive heuristics. Aggressive heuristics results in false positives of some safe programs.

Well i downloaded from the link that the moderator posted on the 1st post of SecureAPlus Giveaway so this have to be false positive.

Two options, either from Herdprotect or report from their respective AV's that flagged as mistske. It should marked as FP from their analysis unless they provide very unusual evidence.
