Hello from Germany!

I am here to check current AV Solutions with minimum impact to my current system performance. With Windows 10 on my machine there's not much what is currently kompatible as far as I know.

At the moment I use Windows Defender, Sandboxie and Malwarebytes Antimalware Pro / Anti-Exploit Free.

System impact is highly dependend on your usage and system, if you are a low risk user (no opening every eMail attachment, blocking ads, using a up-to-date system, et cetera) Windows Defender and MBAM are a strong enough solution. If you have any questions you can post your configuration in the configuration subforum as @Cats-4_Owners-2 already suggested.
