hey! safari is frozen (window firewall warning your computer has adware/spyware virus) and it says to call 855-972-0492. how do i get out of it?

Safari's development has stopped a long time before (if you're using Windows) or simply having minor updates. You're better off with other web browsers like Chrome or Firefox.

If you are on OSX, then somebody else could help you.
