HI there. My name is Bu][erfly and I am a new user. I found out about this site from a friend and am hoping that it saves me countless dollars at Best Buy, having the Geek Squad fix my errors.

LoL @ the Geek Squad comment. I, of course, meant no offense. I am just a regular there. I shop but mostly its a sad face and lots of questions.
I am not completely sure what I am doing on this board so please guide me if I error.
I am from Wyoming...Ill bet many don't say that! lol...sparsely populated.
Anywho...if any of you wonderful techies have any idea how to fix me, please send me a note. I have tried all of my little, known tricks and nothing seems to be helping (short of launching the computer out the window).

I just wanted to share something about your wonderfully sparsely populated state of Wyoming. My mother was born in Kemmerer, Wy which was where my Grandfather was a coal miner!:):)
