High CPU usage. dllhost.exe *32 COM Surrogate

So far so good. A couple of minor issues. One with Nortons toolbar. It says it's there but it's not. I will work on that. Computer seems to be running really good. No high CPU usage and dllhost.exe issue so far. You don't know how much I appreciate the help. I do have another computer(desktop) with very similar problems. Needed to get this one working before I got started on that one. As soon as I have the time I will send some info on that one.
