Buddy, first thing you need to do is RELAX!
It's not a virus. It's just a webpage showing rubbish text and this is quite known. Its like an advertisement.

Here's what you do:
Close the tab that shows this message. If the tab gets closed, it won't come again when you reopen Chrome, and so it won't even be able to load that 'Virus..' popup.
THAT'S IT.
There's no home page feature in chrome android so once you close that irritating tab, you are free!
Do not visit that link that led you to this very irritating page :-D

Clean your Chrome's cookies, history and cache.

Do you have any applications installed that can link on browser adverts?

For sure you came on certain unusual websites where pop-ups are aggressive, simply close those tabs that you opened.
