Probably ZeroAccess rootkits will only work in 32bit so Hitman Pro addressed latest removal of that rootkit.

What are the risks of using the Beta versions of HMP?

The beta does not install itself so you can run it along side previous builds. Also the beta updates automatically to the non-beta version after 14 days.
