Hitman Pro downloads a fresh, clean and official copy of the important infected system file, I witnessed it myself.

I was on an infected system and there were many important system files that had been replaced by fake infected versions, such as Explorer.exe

Hitman Pro downloaded a clean Explorer.exe and replaced it back.

Good thing for Hitman Pro that can repair and replace critical windows files without a trouble.

So goes for MBR which they have a noticed before the operation began.

Easy way too when task manager is disabled.
