Advice Request HitmanPro.Alert and Internet Download Manager

Anyone have any issues using both HitmanPro.Alert and Internet Download Manager to downloading files ? When you download too many files using IDM, the download rate come to a stop and after uninstalling HitmanPro.Alert , i could download the files again without any issues. Anyway to contact HitmanPro.Alert to inform them of this bug ?

I dont have any problem with that, reinstall HPA again then? it seems IDM problem because of it im not sure...
