is there any way to use HMP.A with Sandboxie?

I tried to use both, but none of the HMP.A browser security / keylog encryption parts of the software work in a Sandboxed browser.

Which browser?
If you are using Chrome, you will inevitably get error messages from SBIE.

ohhh think ive found it!

Keylog encryption is working in my SBIE with this setting, maybe I can drop Keyscrambler from my setup.
