Hover your mouse in "Inbox" (right upper corner). Click "show all".
select the conversation you want to delete. A popup should appear. select leave conversations and click ok
But seems that you can't delete a unique message alone.

I was able to delete messages by opening the message & select leave conversation...it worked. Thanks for the help guys..!
