How do I go about setting up my configuration?

I am still learning how to use Ubuntu in a Virtual Machine, but in about a weeks time I should be duel booting it with Windows. Since I will be duel booting, how do I update my security config? Do I just add the windows config in the details? Or am I allowed to make two posts for the two operating systems i'm running?

Creating five topics for all my security configurations on my five machines wouldn't making sense and is against the rules. Include all your configurations in one topic. You can seperate them.
