I already bought an AdGuard Premium 2 device license, and I suppose it will work on the iPad version of AdGuard Pro too. The iPad App Store requires payment details when installing AdGuard Pro. I don't want to enter payment details as I don't purchase from the App Store. How can I install AdGuard Pro on my iPad without the payment details?

Just install the "normal" AdGuard for iOS an then you can add your license details and it becomes Premium.
That is how I installed AdGuard in my iPad.

You'll see some people complaining Adguard uses a lot of battery but they are just mistaken. As Android, IOS will point Adguard as the one that is using battery whenever any application that it filters accesses the Internet. I saw no difference in battery usage even with Adguard working in VPN mode.
