I'm not sure if this would still be true today with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 systems, but when we used to perform Microsoft updates back in the "Good O'le XP days, resources would often alarm me to the point where I would wonder whether I'd been infected by Microsoft!!

Putting your CPU at 100% will put alot of stress on your CPU. It's not healthy :/
