Could you please elaborate, visual or audio censors?

I'd assume these would have to be applied prior to uploading to Youtube, else the video(s) may be flagged and/or you'll encounter a strike on your channel depending on the severity of the offence.

What video editor do you use? You may be able to Add Visual Overlays to censor out unwanted / unsafe content.
