Is there any easy way to block ads in skype?

I tried to add all known skype ad sources to etc\hosts.
It is working for a while but after every 1-2 new skype updates, ads are popping up again.
Adding new sources to hosts ... etc...

While I am in my LAN I don't care about ads (Although annoying).
But when I am using skype via 4G connection, more ads = more data = money...

Thank you...

Control panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options > Security > Restricted Sites > Sites > Add "apps.skype.com" and "g.msn.com" without the quotation marks. Then close the list, click apply (OK works too) and restart Skype.

You can also use a network-wide ad blocker such as Adguard to do the same thing if you're willing to spend some money.

I restricted those 2 sites it and it looks OK now (No ads!)
Thank you.

Use the AdguardDNS servers ;) Then restart your computer and check if the ads are gone away.
Adguard DNS - the free DNS with advanced ad blocking
I will also give a try to this DNS service. (Added to my PC and if I am happy I will add it to my router)
What about speed? Do you have any experiences?
Currently I am using Open DNS which is fast enough

I changed my DNS from OpenDNS to AdGuard DNS.
It is a little bit slower, but it really blocks lots of ads.

A strange thing:
I tried access 176.103.130.130 (AdGuard DNS) from my browser and I m getting the following:

"Warning! Could be unsafe!
Adguard DNS has blocked access to this page
This web page at 176.103.130.130 has been reported as a malware/phishing page and has been blocked by Adguard DNS."

Any ideas why it is happening??
