Hi I 'd like to do a fresh install on laptop and delete all partitions.Is this possible ? Laptop is 5 yrs old ,I'd like only one partion or 2 if needed for install od win10 64. What is the best way to go about this ? Thks

Boot into the Windows 10 64-bit installation (e.g. via bootable removable media) and then format/delete when you choose the installation location for Windows.

Select each partition and then select X Delete in the 5th window shown from the very top of the how-to guide here:

Thks all done with parted magic new install in. Only 3 partitions instead of 15-20
