Advice Request How to enable DNS over TLS?

Any idea, how to enable/force DNS over TLS? I have setup SecureDNS and Quad9, but they still send requests via UDP and port 53.

You need to do that with this ugly app!but need a lot of knowledge about ethernet!!

as I see right now, is a question of standardization of the protocol.

I think.

DNSCrypt does not work on my PC either. Quad9 says, that just entering IPs is all, that is needed.
