Picked up the Cryptxxx virus from an email attachment claiming to be a FedEx correspondence. Followed instructions to neutralize the infection. Used the DeCryptor to get almost all the files back but I cannot get it to scan the Z drive which is a file server. Any advice?
How to get Rannoh Decryptor to scan my Z Drive?
