How to insert config slideshow in the signature?

I've noticed that some members post slideshows of things they use, for example:

Adblock Plus Protected, Emsisoft Protected, etc. How do you do this?
(Like something in my signature below, but animated with different protected icons at different times)

the forum doesn't create the slideshow, you have to create a gif from various pictures (as linked above) here :

then save the result , and upload it here :

to get something like this :

then link it in the sig.
