I want to install OA but I can not because I can not communicate with the server to validate my free license. The question is Is there any way to install it?

Why do you want to install unattended security software for a long time?

It is best that you try other excellent free firewalls like ZoneAlarm and Comodo. These are perfectly updated and will not compromise the security of your system.

There is no way to install it. The servers have been disabled and are not coming back and for good reason.

As Fabian said there is no way activate it. There is no communication between the installed firewall and server. That is why it is impossible to run it. This product was discontinued about 2 years ago as I remember
