I dont know if this is possible because giveaway software keys its only possible to activate it during a short period of time. The HDD with XP have the giveaway programs and i cant connect it to my new PC (the new motherboard doenst support XP). Is there any way to move/copy a giveaway program to the other PC so i can format the XP HDD and use it in the new PC

If product vendor specified that key can be used on 1 device then there's no legal way of activating it on another machine one more time. You can always contact vendor and explain your problem

You could try backing up the windows XP copy, but as you say new motherboard does not support XP altogether otherwise I could have suggested something like Laplink Pc Mover. Also, if it is not allowed by the giveaway's T&C, no other way to move them separately. If your new PC has enough resources maybe converting the XP backup to a .VHD or .VHF file which can play inside a Virtual Machine? Too much work though setting it up, unless you need them badly, enough freeware alternatives/promos are present.

Yes, too much work... I know i should do another post but, is there any way to uninstall the windows XP without losing files i have in the HDD? I have 100Gb that i need to backup and the transfer rate is 1.8mb/s. So taking that to an USB to the new PC will take me forever

Clone the hard drive and use it in the second PC, it works.
It may be the only way too.
For security reasons I clone my dual 1.5TB Seagate drives on a schedule.
I have 1use software on them, seeing my drives are twins the software does not react to the cloning.
