Somehow my daughter reset my wife's phone accidentally, and all of her data is gone. What software do you guys recommend to recover pictures etc?

Hm.. that makes it more difficult. I don't know if they can be recovered. Try Recuva and try Recover Data from Android Phone Internal Memory - EaseUS afterwards. No harm in using either of these programs at this point.

It's hard to recover from an Android reset unless you had the stuff uploaded to the cloud.

She got it from verizon, do you think they could recover any data?

Try any tools that have capabilities to recover files (Wondershare, EASEUS, and others) because sometimes they can gather minimal of files that are not fully overwrite.

However expect lots of unsuccessful rate since deletion may not recover everything.
