Hello @samuelsgboy,
Are you seeing this redirect in Safari or Chrome?

Ok, let's check if any policies were added to your computer:

1. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences
2. When the System Preferences window opens, search for the Profiles icon.
3. Do you have a Profiles icon?

Let's check if there are any malicious extensions installed on your browser:

1. Open Safari
2. On the menu bar, click the “Safari” menu and select “Preferences”.
3. Click the “General” tab -- What settings do you have for: Homepage, New windows open with, New tab opens with?
3. Click the "Extensions" tab --- Do you have any extension that you don't know what it is or you haven't installed?

edit:when are u going to reply?
Let's delete Safari's preferences:
  1. Quit Safari
  2. In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu
  3. Paste the following path into the window that opens, then click Go: ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
  4. If the file is found, delete it, then re-open Safari
