iPhone security apps often include features that don’t help protect against malware, such as;

2. “Media vault” tools that can hide photos on your phone with a password
3. Password managers, Call blockers and VPNs, which you can get in other apps
4. Some apps may offer a “secure browser” with their own phishing filter, but those work similarly to the one already built into Safari

You don't need an antivirus for iOS because:

- such few viruses for iOS and will be so rare to "see" one of them

- the application need to be installed from appstore(except jailbreak)
- the aplication is getting under scope by Apple
