I downloaded WIN10 1803 update using windows 10 update assistant and it didn't worked,in somewhere between 90%-95% it gives a error and close the update and even tried using windows media creation tool still didn't worked.
Even windows downloaded the update itself and tried to update my Laptop it still failed.
What are the other options to try to update my laptop without removing Apps and settings.

I'd first run Windows Disk Cleanup to remove old upgrade/updates and Dism++/Bleachbit to give a thorough cleanup on windows update cache, winsxs temp files, winsxs replaced assemblies etc..
Download the full ISO from here TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1)
Choose version 1803 and your preferred language.
Before mounting the ISO and hitting setup.exe, enable airplane mode so that w10 doesn't download updates and don't connect to internet when Cortana asks you since it may mess up the upgrade sometimes.
Also, I made a custom W10 with most tweaks and others to get optimal performance and battery power since I added some scripts someone posted at github.
