Request I have a couple of questions about the opening post

1. What is the duration of the editing window for the opening post?
2. If the post author requests it, can staff re-open editing, and for what duration?

1. I know the duration is some minutes, but can't remember how many

2. I'm not sure if that can be done, certainly at the Moderator level I think not, an Admin would have to do it.

The editing window for the opening post is typically 24 hours. If you need to edit it after that window, you can request that the staff re-open the editing for you.
