I have a virus - NEED HELP

Someone please help me, It says I have been viewing child porn when I clicked a link, I know it's a scam/virus because I can hear everything open up still. They juts want $100, I need this removed please help!!!

What if it's a 64bit, I generally don't know I just picked one.
