Solved I Landed On A Malware Site

I landed on these sites

. I scanned these sites with VT. Here are the scan results(VirusTotal , VirusTotal). One scanner identified both of them as malicious. Should I be concerned about anything? What should I do?

Yes, there are plenty of them on internet. You can try with some sort of ad blocker.

Sadly I landed again on 3 of these good for nothing sites today. There VT results are here(VirusTotal , VirusTotal , VirusTotal).
Apparently every one of these malicious sites I jump on to has 'onclkads' on their URL. Should I be worried about an infection in my PC as I landed on these sites?
My primary DNS server is 185.162.9.197. In case my DNS server is the culprit behind me landing on these sites.

No, like I said almost any website is full of them, that's how they earn money by showing ads to visitors.

Try to empty your cache and install uBlock after it:
