I need help with my computer

Hi,

My laptop is become slow and slower day to day.
I did scan using Bitdefender Total Security 2015 & Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home.
Still got pop up says: Protection, Malicious Website Protection, IP, 209.99.40.222, www.pisau.net, 49423, Outbound, C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe,

I hope my laptop problem will solve soon.
