I need help with Pc Speed Maximizer

I got the Pc Speed Maximizer like months ago, i uninstalled it and checked the computer with malware bytes, so it pretty much was deleted. Now i went into my other computer user that is not used usually, it's the admin one, and i saw the pc speed maximizer on the desktop and i got really afraid, i deleted it from there and there was the start icon at the files aswell so i deleted it again. Now i'm scared if the computer still has the Pc Speed Maximizer, what do i do?
