Solved I think I have malware in my MacBook Air can you please help?

I was surfing some sights and downloaded a bunch of things and I think I may have infected my Mac. I tried to find something strong like ComboFix for what I think may be malware.

I currently have ClamXav, but it will not update. So I have nothing to clean the machine. Can you please help me?
