Infected System - IPH.Trojan.Clicker.W7 & Others (SweetIM)

I have a system infected with IPH.Trojan.Clicker.W7 and others. Wanted to start the process of getting help. Here is a screenshot of the list from MalwareBytes along with the logs from Malwarebytes, Fubar, ASW and ADW. System is slow, opening multiple hidden browsers and using a lot of bandwidth.
