I downloaded a program on Thursday to help with accounting for a non-profit, and of course it seemed legit. I ended up not using it because it wouldn't work for me. I deleted it but by the next day. Either I didn't notice right away or it took doing something else but by Friday I was getting pop-under ads. I used malwarebytes and AdwCleaner which found web-start and search.ask infections. But the problem persisted, and seems to be getting worse. I attached the last log file from AdwCleaner. I ran Farbar Scan today and attached the file. I deleted Chrome and all the chrome files, re-installed but still have the problems. There is nothing in the control panel as far a programs either. I just can't seem to figure out where this is coming from! Thanks so much for the help
