Current insider build just won't install.

Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

None

This is the first in along time an insider build would not install. It downloads, asks for restart and it never installs.
Anybody else seeing this with this new build?

Sounds like you need to dl the ISO and try installing that way, I lost interest in the "Insider Program" when I swapped to Linux Mint as my default OS. Stay Frosty brother.

Yes that is what I was thinking. I have had Linux on my old laptop for about 3 years and like it.
