Hello,
I was doing some spring cleaning on my windows PC and came across something fishy looking, the "Interenet Optimizer" (I'm pretty sure my "Interenet" is just fine, thank you very much). I searched for a solution and came across this forum and another post (https://malwaretips.com/threads/interenet-optimizer-bullpoint.50475/) so I, for better or worse, followed the instructions that were given to that user that seemed to work for them. Upon entering the script into Zoek and executing it, everything was running fine but then it seems to stall upon looking into my "Firefox Extensions", which the log says it has been on for more than 24 hours. It says that zoek.exe is still running and there are no signs of it freezing or anything like that as the application is still responsive but it seems an excessively long time for a program to be running and I'm just wondering whether I should be worried or attempt to halt the program or shut the computer down.
Thanks!
