On 12 April 2011, Microsoft released the first "IE10 Platform Preview", which runs only on Windows 7 and later.[3][4] While the second platform preview was also available for Windows 7 and later, the next four platform previews ran only on Windows 8. Just to point out, IE10 for Windows 8 is different from IE10 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2.

IE10 has the addition of a Spell Checker (Manage Add-ons).

Haven't tried Internet Explorer 10 so I can't say anything there, but IE9 has to be the best version of it so far (opinion). Only thing that I think let's it done the most is not having a built in Spell Checker in version IE9.

Just to point out, IE10 for Windows 8 is different from IE10 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2.

also IE10 in windows 7 doesn't have option to manage passwords in autocomplete settings...
