Agree 100%.. I am trying to find and post as much info on these type subjects, so all that need or want to learn, may be able to do so.

It's not just for the members, at any given time, there are more guest then members looking through all these posts! ;)
 
It's not only confusing for users with no knowledge, Most users prefers not to use these tools since they think that it's only a waste of time in running such tools.
 
For any novice user it needs a tutorial how tools generally work and not to force install on the browser without consent.
 
I agree 100%... and, can you imagine what the 'stats' are for more complicated user interaction software... even if someone generally knows what they're doing, it can be a 'daunting' task... :-(
