Hello everyone. Just thought I would introduce myself to you all; unfortunately I am one of those that is not very IT literate and need help in removing a very stubborn virus that I just cannot get rid of. I'm looking forward to learning an awful lot about my system and how to maximise it's performance from this site.

Always grateful for advice and help but as far as IT is concerned, not in a position to give any back!!

Hello Tilleylamp1, & welcome to MalwareTips! I liked your introduction for I too am quite the sword-less farmer amidst Knights sheathing razor sharp blades of knowing & experience whom sit about a computer round table.
I'll be following the link with you (thank you Jack) upon this never ending crusade against all unholy viruses & malware!
 
At the end of all this I hope to have become the Defender of the Faith and slayer of Trojans; thanks to Jack. Am going to do the pre scans tomorrow night and then hopefully a quick slaying of my enemy ZAccess.
You have to smile through this eh?
