I'm not sure if the change log is incorrect but i don't see any interface difference from the last version to this version? i checked the details of the executable and it is the new one I'm comparing it to.

Edit: i think the changelog is only for version 2.4 in general i haven't found a changelog for just version 2.4.7.340

Those are considered as minor version, depends for Iobit if willing to release a changelog.

Unless users from Iobit forum, made a request.

You're most likely correct, I wasn't able to find a newer changelog either. I'd guess it contains bug fixes in this release.
