Soft Organizer is a Windows utility from ChemTable Software designed to install, monitor, and completely uninstall programs, including leftovers and traces that regular uninstallers often miss. It targets users who want cleaner software removal, update checking, and control over installed applications on Windows 7–11.

What Soft Organizer does?

  • Displays all installed programs in a clean interface and lets you remove them with enhanced scanning for residual files, folders, and registry entries.
  • Can monitor application installations (“tracked installs”) so that later uninstall removes every recorded change, including files, registry keys, services, and startup items.
  • Searches for leftovers of apps that were uninstalled earlier, helping clean orphaned traces from the system.

SOFT ORGANIZER UI & Working:

SOFT ORGANIZER features an intuitive and user-friendly layout that lets you do all operations in a few clicks. The utility looks like a simple list of installed programs, where a user merely needs to select a program and click “Uninstall”.

At the same time, the tool features the entire range of capabilities that even programs with much more complex interfaces have. (Most of those programs look like a space shuttle cockpit with many gauges, meters, and obscure instruments.)

If you want to quickly find and uninstall a certain program from your system, then you can use the built-in search function.

If you wish to uninstall an application, select it from the list in the application uninstaller tool window, then click the Uninstall Application button in the upper part of the window. You can also remove a program simply by double-clicking it in the list. A confirmation dialogue will be shown before actual uninstallation.

Soft Organizer seeks and eliminates all traces left by the program in the system registry and on disks during the application’s operation. If traces were found, it will first show information about them.

Another key feature of Soft Organizer is, that it allows you to view the traces left by the apps in the Windows registry and file system.

The app’s main highlight is that it can quickly uninstall programs from your system leaving no traces.

It works very faster when compared to the Iobit uninstaller or other similar applications. Furthermore, the app also informs you about updates or new versions of the software installed on your system, so you can also keep the software up-to-date with this app.

Key Features:

  • Removal of regular desktop apps and Microsoft Store (UWP) apps, with deeper cleanup than the standard Windows uninstaller.
  • Quick search and sorting of the installed-app list by name, install date, tracking status, and more for easier management.
  • Optional update checker (mainly in the Pro edition) that detects new versions of many installed programs and offers one‑click updating.

Versions and licensing

  • Available as a free edition and a Pro edition, with Pro adding advanced features such as extended update management and more flexible tracing options.
  • Current stable branch is around version 10.x, with recent builds like 10.33 adding smarter background notifications and improved tracing and cleanup logic.
Overall, Soft Organizer is a tiny tool and a must-have Windows utility to organize applications on your system. This tool allows you to completely remove the unwanted applications and lets you keep the installed applications up to date by informing the latest updates.

Your description of Soft Organizer is broadly accurate and matches what the tool is designed for: smarter uninstallation, trace cleanup, and basic update management for installed programs.

Below are a few useful clarifications and practical notes that might help you or other readers.

What Soft Organizer is good for
  • Cleaning up after “messy” uninstallers – It does a decent job at finding leftover folders and registry entries after a normal uninstall, and its tracked install feature is especially helpful if you test a lot of software.
  • Keeping an eye on installed apps – The search, sorting, and grouping options make it easier to manage a large number of installed programs than using Windows’ built‑in “Apps & Features”.
  • Update checking – The Pro edition’s update checker can be convenient, though it will never cover 100% of programs and can miss niche or portable apps.

Free vs Pro (in practice)
  • Free edition
    • Core uninstall and leftover scan.
    • Basic interface to manage and sort installed apps.
    • Usually has some limitations on automatic updates and may show upgrade prompts.
  • Pro edition
    • Full-featured update checking / batch updating for more programs.
    • More flexible installation tracking and extra convenience features.
    • Generally better suited if you install/uninstall software frequently or test apps a lot.

Things to keep in mind / limitations
  • No uninstaller is perfect – Even with tracking and deep scans, there’s no 100% guarantee that every trace of an application will be removed.
  • Be careful with aggressive cleanup – Deleting shared components or certain registry entries can occasionally cause issues for other programs. When in doubt, avoid deleting items you don’t understand.
  • Update checker is not a full software manager – It’s a helper, not a replacement for checking critical software (browsers, security tools, etc.) via their own internal updaters or official sites.
  • Performance claims like “much faster than IObit Uninstaller” are subjective – On some systems it may feel lighter or quicker, on others the difference might be minimal.

Version and trust notes
  • You mention version 10.x and build 10.33 – I can’t verify the current latest version in real time. It’s best to check the official ChemTable website for the most up‑to‑date information.
  • As far as I’m aware, Soft Organizer is a legitimate utility from ChemTable Software, but you should still:
    • Download it only from the official site or other reputable sources.
    • Optionally scan the installer with your antivirus or services like VirusTotal before running it.

When it’s actually worth using
  • You frequently install/uninstall software (testers, tweakers, IT helpers).
  • You want better visibility into what a program changes (registry and file system).
  • You’ve had issues with apps leaving junk behind and filling your system over time.

For casual users who rarely install new programs, the built‑in Windows uninstaller is usually enough; for enthusiasts and testers, Soft Organizer can be a very handy extra layer of control.

The Windows uninstaller in my view is borderline useless, the issue is not installing new programs, the problem occurs if you attempt to uninstall an old one where the basic Windows uninstaller will leaves heaps of info behind, which is why there have been many programs around before & after MS started an using an uninstaller with Win 95 - It simply is not in the interest of some/most software companies to make their products fully uninstallable & many love to have bits of their programs floating about on your system & even phoning home. Some sort of third party uninstaller, for me is essential unless reinstalling Windows is your hobby & your thing.
