Advanced Security Is Ad-Aware Pro Really A Light AV?

I Just want Opinions on Ad- Aware Pro As in my tests i was disappointed as it was taking 100MB+ ram and made my pc start up slower and i am also noticing that my overall pc performance is also affected.

I have tested the previous version and, reading now your thread, I have not noticed changes, so I can confirm this.
Sometimes system lags and slow boot on my Windows 7 4 GB Ram.

OK, yesterday I installed the current version.

It seems a little lighter but I have noticed that the process of the AV requires about 5-6 minutes to finish loading (at boot).

During this time your PC is insecure because it is already connected to the internet, what do you think?!

I think that is way to long, it is so long it is scary.

Yes that is what I am observing it significantly increased my boot time my boot time with emsisoft am was about 15 sec now with ad aware it is about 1 minutes @frogboy yes it is scary
