Advice Request Is Baidu antivirus alive?

For more than a year its not updated more than that it has removed avira engine and the database is not updating daily do you think it's the end of baidu antivirus ?

Probably. DU Apps is listed on their website, which I would avoid for Android.

Probably still popular on the Asian market (like Tencent and Qihoo), though I never really considered them as serious competition.

Baidu Antivirus 2015 is what I read on their website. I think they are not wasting more time on it.

I would seem that they've totally abaondoned the international market to focus only on the Chinese market. It's quite common for Chinese software companies to do this, and Rising, Kingsoft and Jingmin have done the same.

The international version of Baidu Antivirus has not been updated since about April or May of 2015. They also stopped updating their other English langugage software, PC Faster, Baidu Cleaner and Baidu App Store.
