CIS user here. Nope CIS is not working properly with Windows 10. They will release a new version soon and they will post the announcement over here, News / Announcements / Feedback - CIS.

If you want to upgrade to Windows 10, then do it and install ESET smart security 9 beta for now (That's what I did). :p

I was using CIS on Windows 10. I had issues where it was blocking non Microsoft metro apps like Twitter and Candy Crush with it's sandbox and I couldn't figure out how to whitelist them but other than that I got it working. You can't use the installer cause it says not compatible. You must open the installer with 7-zip and navigate yourself to the msi file and installer it through the Windows installer.

Comodo has announced that they are indeed working on updating CIS with Windows 10 compatibility. But if you are unable to wait then it is possible for you to install it onto your system right now.

I know from experience new Windows versions remain problematic for many months after initial release... so I will wait until the upgrade offer is about to expire.

Upgrading at this moment to W10 and then adding CIS is a sure recipe for all manner of problems...

Microsoft is giving us a year... right ? Patience will save a lot of users a whole lot of hassles and frustrations. That's just my opinion...
