Me Either, So whats ur suggestion leave mail app or stay with it. ?
Like I said above, every spam that I have received on my mail was automatically sent to spam folder by Microsoft, but if you feel that you need more protection (dunno what more but whatever :D ) you can install Thunderbird for example...

Basically good enough on default but it depends on your pc habit. Ain't it all ;)

Have tried HIPS in "Learning Mode" (later on "Policy Based" --which got me hating it) before in ESS 5 and 6 when I was trying it out and did not like it at all. Seems not to remember anything I tell it to do. There were times when I was expecting it to pop-up and it did not. Reminded me of CIS ver4 and earlier Online Armor versions..noisy. Ended up not using it at all (along with the firewall which is I set in interactive) and just the AV(NOD32). ESS 7 Beta seemed to have improved but you have to set it to your liking to be able to do what you need it to do. On me, I like Comodo's firewall/HIPS or OA Premium's firewall/HIPS better.
