Is EXE Radar Pro good to use as an antivirus program?

NVT EXE Radar is not an Anti-Virus product. It's an "Anti-Executable".

You can use it instead of using an Anti-Virus product (or in combination with one), but it is isn't going to do what an Anti-Virus product will do... it's completely different. It does not detect malicious software, it simply restricts what can/cannot be ran on the environment according to your own configuration and decisions.
