ISP just emailed saying I am likely infected with the Zeus Trojan/bot, also known as Zbot

I know I still need logs but my ISP just send me a email saying I may be likely infected with the Zeus Trojan/bot, also known as Zbot.

Not sure if I believe it though.

Anyway to tell if it is real? How bad is this malware?
