Add system iage backup software like Macrium which is helpful in case of major issues and restores the PC with all the apps, files etc. as they were on the backup date.

Also update Your Windows 10 1803 to Windows 10 1809, thanks for sharing

Just Add system image backup, update Windows 10 1809 and after you are perfect.
